She is survived by: her husband John Ortiz; her children, Nick Ortiz, Pearl Bradshaw (Brett), Sally Zayas (Sonny), Bridget Ozaeta (Frank) and Jan Jarrett (Patrick); and her grandchildren, Frankie Ozaeta, Esteban Fierro, John Jarrett, Anthony Ozaeta and Stephanie Andrade. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, forty-six great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
