It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley McFarlin (Bakersfield, California), who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Stanley may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stanley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cleo "Hap" McFarlin and Mildred Mae McFarlin "Dunn"; his significant other Mary Kathleen McFarlin; his siblings, Lloyd McFarlin and Joan Webb; his grandsons, Zachary Eggen and Sean Martin; and his son-in-law Jerry Martin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Eggen (Stan), Natalie Martin, Cheryl Cottrill (Frankie) and Susan Martin (Jeff). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
