He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Castro and Manuela Castro; his siblings, Rosario Castro, Lucy (David Chipp) and Robert Castro; and his daughter Cynthia Castro.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Castro; his son Michael Castro; and his stepchildren, Frank [Araceli] Reyes III, Dolores [Chad] Smith and Amy [Raymond] Jimenez. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
