She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Zelpha Mathews and William Charley Mathews; and her siblings, Irene and Cliff Mathews. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Romine-Prestage, Herbert C. Romine Jr. and Glenn Davis; her husband Steven Davis; and her brothers, Kent Mathews and Larry Mathews. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Northeast (3700 River Blvd, Bakersfield, CA 93305). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Bakersfield National Cemetery (30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, CA 93203).
