He is survived by: his wife Carole Legg; his children, Kenneth Wayne Mullen, Kevin Legg and Ginni Bowman; his stepchildren, Brad Williams, Denise Stenger and Dawn Gallagher; and his sisters, Bobbie Jo Wildharber, Denise Legg and LaNeice Kersten.
