She was predeceased by: her parents, Flavio Garcia and Clorinda Garcia; her husband Arthur Bruce; her sons, Nandy, Danny and Paul Otero; her grandsons, Ralphie and Filimon Garcia; and her siblings, Benny, Eloy, Severo, Tony, Amy and Eva.
She is survived by: her siblings, George Garcia (Cathy), Ramona Baca, Francis Gomez, Viola Rodriguez, Odie Enriquez (Mike) and Johnny Garcia (Ruth); her children, Leroy Otero (Mary Helen), Gloria Garcia (Ralph), Trini Otero (Sabra), Lydia Otero and Karen Jenkins; and her grandchildren, Jesse Sisneros, Cassandra Dixon (Aaron) and Angelica Rodriguez (Adam). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
