He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Kellogg and LaRue Kellogg; his brothers, Steven Kellogg and Roy Shaffer; and his son-in-law Stuart Robertson.
He is survived by: his wife Lesley Milam; his children, Jennifer Robertson, Michael Kellogg (Rebecca), Alyssa Harris (Spencer) and Emily Haws (Ben); his grandchildren, Taylor, Alyson, Madelyn, Colin, Thomas, Isaac, Maxwell, Brooklyn, Conner, Kylie, Samantha, Tanner, Peter, Nicole, Christian and Luke; and his brother Bill Kellogg (DeeDee).
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (10376 Ridgeline Dr, Kennewick, WA 99338). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Ridgeline Building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (10376 Ridgeline Dr, Kennewick, WA 99338). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sunset Gardens Cemetery (915 Bypass Hwy, Richland, WA 99352).
