He was predeceased by: his parents, David C. Maestas and Mary Sally Maestas; and his siblings, Matt Maestas and Laura Lynn Maestas. He is survived by: his brother David Maestas; his sister-in-law Lynnae Maestas; his brother Jeff Maestas; his sister-in-law Diana Maestas; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Maestas, David Maestas, Steven Trusty, Zummer Shipman, Stacy Shipman, Kristen Maestas, Krystal Maestas and Ashley Trusty.
