Hatley of Barstow, California, born in Green River, Wyoming, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Charles Johnston and Pearl Don Johnston; her husband Jay Hatley; her sister Anita Neeper; her brother-in-law Doug Neeper of Atascadero, California; her nephews, Caleb Neeper of Walnut Creek and Jon Neeper; her siblings-in-law, N. Gail Segars (Robert) of Inverness and Harvey Daniel Hatley of Dove Creek, Colorado.; and also, Kaytrin Neeper, Pearl Neeper and Charles Neeper of Merced, California..
