A chapel service for Phyllis will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311. Following the chapel service will be a committal service at 12:30 PM at Mt View Memorial Park, 37067 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311.
