She was predeceased by : her husband Arthur Jackson of Barstow, CA; her grandmother Rosanna Caldwell; and her uncles, Rubin Caldwell (AL), Nathaniel Caldwell (WA) and Joe Nathan Caldwell (NY).

She is survived by : her parents, Robert Walker and Annie L. Caldwell Minter of Montgomery, AL.; her children, Mikayla Jackson and Rodrigues Winn Caldwell; her grandsons, Dontrez Lenard Jr., Abaram and Zymir Booker; her sister Ashlie D. McCartey; her stepfather Alfred Minter; and her aunts and uncles, Mattie Johnson, Nina Benson (Jude), Terria Caldwell, Reverend John Caldwell (Brenda), Willie Caldwell and Jerry Caldwell (Mabel).
