He was predeceased by: his son Ralph Carlos Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy V. Candelaria; his children, Valorie Jean and James Michael; his children-in-law, Raymond Enciso of Corona and Krista Monge of Yucaipa; his son Michael Jason Monge of Yucaipa; his grandchildren, Bekah Monge, Alicia Enciso, Erick Monge, Matthew Enciso, Joseph Enciso, James Monge Jr. and Joshua Enciso; and his sisters, Gloria (Fidel Aguirre), Sally Garcia and Connie (Frank Anderson). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
