He is survived by: his children, Terra Hicks (Jay) of Chattanooga, TN, Christine Smith (Nick) of Chattanooga, TN and Reece Durham of Chattanooga, TN; his grandchildren, Joshua Hicks, Noah Smith and Emily Hicks; his sister-in-law Jana Durham; his siblings, James Durham (Cheri), David Durham (Marilyn) and Diane Chavez; his partner Carol Toomey; and his partner's children, Courtney and Kyle Pasch.
