We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Charles Alfred Grant (Benicia, California), born in Oak Park, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his significant other Mary; his parents, Edna and Clifford; and his brother Don. He is survived by : his son-in-law Dave; his daughter Lynne; his niece Dottie Delaquila (Bobby); and his friends, Brian and Teresa Lerch.

He donated blood for decades as he had a blood type perfect for babies, many times getting up in the middle of the night to drive to Children's Hospital in Oakland when there was an urgent need.
