He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Silveria and Phoebe Moniz Silveria; and his siblings, Connie Smithers and Joseph. He is survived by : his son Brian; his wife Bonnie; his daughter-in-law Cynthia; his granddaughters, Allison and Phoebe; his godson Greg Silva; his sisters-in-law, Christine Giordano (Leonard), Sally Bennett (Earl) and Judy Baldi (Phil); and his friends, Charles and Hope Wingert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Soroptimist International of Benicia – PO Box 282 Benicia CA 94510 which will be dedicated towards their House of Hope.
