He was predeceased by: his sister Jean Harsch DeKay. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Mitchell Mulks, Laura Elworthy, Lucas Mulks, Joshua Mulks and Matthew Mulks; and his grandchildren, Jory, Cody, Willow, Autumn, Calvin, Reese, Aidan, Evelyn, Maddox and Harrison. He is also survived by two nieces and five nephews.
