She was predeceased by : her husband Bill Rowe; her siblings, June Bennett, Jess Wilson II and Carol Siebe; and her parents, Jess Wilson and Alice May DeBolt.
She is survived by : her children, George Rowe (Barbara) of Benicia, Winfield (Charlene) of San Martin, Charles (Diana) of McArthur, William (Lillian) of Windsor and Marianne (Randy) of Palo Alto; and her sister Margaret Smith. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, Doctors Without Borders, USA, or American Red Cross.
