He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopoldo Gutierrez and Anastacia Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Effie "Cheena" Gutierrez; his sons, Rod (Holly), John (Connie), Mike and Billy (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Brad, Katie, Allison, Stephen (Marianne), Sarah (Amir), Eric, Morgan, Nicholas, Nathan (Valeria) and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Maria, Maci, Madison, Lea, Eli, Dylan and Lily. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
