With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott D. Pelkey (Benicia, California), born in Citrus Heights, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Royal "Bud" and Iola Smith; his stepfather Dallas Foster; and his nieces, Michelle and Renee Pelkey.

He is survived by : his children, Jupiter and Steven; his wife Beckie; his parents, Jeanette Smith (Warren) and Roger Pelkey (Linda); and his siblings, Greg (Melissa), Clint, Royal, Roger Pelkey and Carol Scarborough (Jess). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Passalacqua Funeral Chapel (901 W 2nd St, Benicia, CA 94510). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Veterans Hall.
