He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Haynes Sr. and Anna Haynes; and his brothers, Willie Haynes and Malcolm Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Wallace, Nykruma Haynes, Takeeyah Haynes and Gab; his brother Kelvin Lee Haynes (Lisa); his sister-in-law Sharon Haynes; his grandson Andre Haynes; his sibling's children, Eddie Haynes and Jamelia Haynes-Nassor; and his daughter Gabby.

After succumbing to side effects of COVID-19, Wallace left his earthly home on Monday, May 4, 2020.
