He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; his sons, Jack and Joseph; his sisters, Jerri Fisher and Christine Yardley; his siblings-in-law, Allison Lee, Idalia Thompson, Mac Thompson and Jason Lee; and his mother-in-law Barbie Thompson. He is also survived by his wife: his sons: his two loving dogs.
