“I met Edgar and his dad in La Jolla house in San Diego. After my heart transplant we clicked as friends and hung out and would grab lunch here and there he was so ahead of his time kind respectful and unselfish he loved talking about barbering after La Jolla ..after leaving we kinda lost touch but I still consider him and all La Jolla house patients family I’m very sorry and pray for his family to give them strength in this time Rest in paradise my friend 🙏🏻🕯️”

“I am so sorry to hear this. I met Edgar during our stay at the La Jolla house in March 2021 where he’d just had his surgery and I was about to have lung surgery there. He quickly became part of our La Jolla family and I so very enjoyed getting to know him and follow his journey after we left the house. Hugs and prayers to the family.”
