Adala was predeceased by: husband John Anthony Nazzaretta; parents, Michael Giosa and Maddalena Giosa; and siblings, Rudy Giosa, Virginia Giosa, Julia Laura and Sylvia Sabatine.

Adala is survived by: children, Dave Nazzaretta and Gloria Nazzaretta; and granddaughter Erin Sanders.
