He is survived by : his wife Christine Johnson; his children, Christin, Brandon, Tobi and Shelby; his grandchildren, Braydon, Noah, Kyndall, Luke and Jesse Bob; and his siblings, Susan Karnatz and G. W. Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
