He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Borboa. He is survived by: his son Carlos Borboa; his mother Socorro Borboa; and his siblings, Robert Angulo (Gloria), Eduardo Angulo, Maria Saldaña (Fernando), Ana Mendez (Jose Luis), Francisco Borboa (Renee), Ramon Borboa, Ricardo Borboa (Emilda) and Mario Borboa (Rosaicela). He is also survived by his family- especially his son.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (875 E Chanslor Way, Blythe, CA 92225).
