With sadness, we share the passing of Concha Cancio of Blythe, California. Concha, born on May 18, 1934 in Firebaugh, California, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Concepcion Perez and Antonio Perez; her former husband Pete Hernandez; her husband Felix Cancio; her daughter Susie; and her stepson Peter.

She is survived by: her children, Nellie Martinez (Mitch), Christina Benitez (David), Daniel Hernandez, Tony Hernandez (Esperanza), Albert Hernandez (Lorenza), David Hernandez and Robert Cancio. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frye Chapel & Mortuary of Blythe (633 N 7th St, Blythe, CA 92225). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Frye Chapel & Mortuary of Blythe Starts (633 N 7th St, Blythe, CA 92225). Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Frye Chapel & Mortuary of Blythe (633 N 7th St, Blythe, CA 92225).
