He is survived by: his children, Ren Nickson (Susan), Melinda Cheetham (Craig), Jon Nickson, Karey Lester and Dean Lester; and his grandchildren, Cody Cheetham, Samantha Schmidt (Max), Cole Nickson, Emma Maag (Brandon) and Ava Lester.
