She is survived by: her parents, Manuel Leivas and Gloria Leivas; her husband Jorge Hernandez Sr.; her children, Jon, Robert, Marci, Cali, Leah, Suni, Kori and Jose Angel; and her grandchildren, Celia, Robert Jr., Arianna, Kimberly, Bobby Joe, Leilani, Marissa, Manuel, Saige, Mateo, Baby Tony, Mila, Reno, Dakota and Jaxon. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
