He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Lori (Lou), Gina (Frank), Lisa (Johnny) and Mark (Kim); his granddaughters, Taylor (Cameron), Holly, Ashley and Ayla; his brother Steve; and his caregiver Tony. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews and dear friends.
