She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Groat and Dolores Groat; and her daughter Annie Kink. She is survived by: her husband Victor Long; her children, David Long (Galinda), Pam Fore (Tom), Eric Long and Rebecca Medina (Joe); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Christopher, Ryan, Jordan, Kristen, Emily, Brian, Brandon and Natalie; and her great grandchildren, Kaia, Beckett and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the San Diego Humane Society in Dolores's honor—reflecting her love of animals.
