He is survived by: his children, Maria Elena, Francisco Javier and Veronica; his grandchildren, Berenice, Jordan, Kassandra, Brittany, Isabel, Imani, Francisco Javier, John Michael and Ileana Sky; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Cataleya and Jack; and his siblings, Porfirio, Dolores, Elvira, Julio, Mariano, Tano, Elena, Consuelo and Ricardo.
His generosity and deep faith led him to minister to incarcerated young men and gathering donations to feed the deported and homeless immigrants.
