He was predeceased by: his sons, Ramon Guzman, Roberto Guzman and Francisco Guzman. He is survived by: his children, Magdalena Palomares (Jorge), Maria Hernandez (Diego), Graciela Linares (Antonio), Martina Ferro (Felipe), Sofia Guzman, Guadalupe Mireles (Raul), Obdulia Romero and Valente Guzman (Letty); and his brother Demetrio Guzman. He is also survived by family, which included 36 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Frye Chapel Mortuary & Crematory - Brawley (799 S Brawley Ave, Brawley, CA 92227).
