“Dear Rozran Family, My sincerest condolences for the loss of your dear sister Barb. Barbra and I met when I was working for ROPA, over 35 years ago. She was the kindest of women, sincerest of her thoughts and had a wicked sense of humor that always made me laugh. We kept in contact through FB and I will miss that wit. She taught me many things at that job, it was one of the hardest jobs in my career as a nurse. She was a unique individual and will surely be missed by many. Cathy Ann Wilson”
