She is survived by: her children, Daniel Garcia, Francisco-Pancho Garcia, Lucy Fleischman, Xavier-David Garcia, Rodolfo-Rudy Garcia and Rafael-Ralph Garcia; her spouse Ector Quiros; her children, Bill (April), Rhonda Quiros, Ken, Denise Quiros, Frank, Tracy Quiros and Sherri Quiros; her grandchildren, Vincent, Kathy Quiros, Micheal Quiros, Bianca Quiros, Isabella Quiros, Joel Quiros, Lydia Quiros, Olivia Quiros, Jesse Quiros, Talia, Mitch Capili and Naomi Quiros; and her great grandchildren, Daniel Gray, Santino Quiros and Koa Capili. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Civic Center Chapel (455 24th St, Richmond, CA 94804). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
