She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Lazar. She is survived by: her children, Carol Gwin (Terry) of Oakley, CA, Warren Lazar (Beverly) of Tucson, AZ and Mike Lazar (Debbi) of Brentwood, CA; her brother Jack Gregory (Linda) of Brentwood, CA.; her grandchildren, Ely Gwin (Christina), Vrinda Alldritt (Ben), Ethan Gwin (Janette), Michelle Richey (Brandon), Kim Lazar and Jason Lazar; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Cole, Connor and Leo.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be sent to the American Cancer Society or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.
