It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aileen E. Mendes of Burrel, California, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William; her brother Bill Royer; her husband Joseph Mendes; and her son Joe Mendes Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Noami Andrews of Fresno, CA, Elnore Kiespert of Fresno, CA, Glory B Vartian-Harkness of Bass Lake, CA, Mary Royer of Fresno, CA, E. J. Royer of Georgia and Beverly Weekes of Arizona; her daughters, Rosemary Casey of Burrel, CA and Joann; and her son-in-law Johnny Tacherra of Burrel Ca. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
