With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lester Nephi Standley Jr. of Burson, California, who passed away on April 29, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Sr. Standley and Georgine Standley; and his children, Chris and Melissa. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Shorter; his children, Pat, Lester III, Douglas, Bonnie and Opal; and his sister Elda Mayer of Colorado. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
