He is survived by: his wife Carole Annette Curtis; his children, Lenette Curtis Wells (Stuart Wells) and Jason Curtis (Sara Pauley); his grandsons, Nicholas Wells and Matthew Wells; and his brother Jim Curtis (Patricia).
