With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arlene Beverly Proctor of Camarillo, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Zuehlk and Irene Zuehlk; her husband Charles A. Proctor Jr.; and her siblings, Sylvia Umphrey, Rosalie, Linda and Dale Zuehlk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Klapoetke and Janice Phillips (Steven); her grandchildren, Nathan Klapoetke, Grant Phillips (Natalee Flugum) and Krista Morales (Luis); her great grandchildren, Brayden, Beau Klapoetke, Olivia, Erik Morales and Mason Phillips; her siblings, Marilyn Girard, Janet Lopez, Kenneth Zuehlk, Raymond Zuehlk (Kathy), Shirley Ware, Ronald Zuehlk, Sandra Maran and Gary Zuehlk; and her friends, Mahjong and Bunco. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters in laws.
