She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Jacquez and Belen Jacquez; and her brother Sam. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Conley and Catherine Duvendeck; and her son-in-law Jim. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
