He was predeceased by: his parents, Nehemiyah Levinsky and Gertrude Levinsky; and his brother Roland Levinsky. He is survived by: his sister Anne Hardoon; his wife Tamar; his children, Ilana, Sharon and Gideon; his children-in-law, Greg and Heather; his grandchildren, Maya, Ethan, Jonathan, Anabel, Jack and Danny; and his sister-in-law Beth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear and close family members and friends.

Even as Parkinson's progressed, he could be found outdoors, enjoying one more day of sunlight.
