He was predeceased by: his father Richard. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Blak; his children, Trisha Blak and RJ Blak; his grandchildren, Ashley Smeder and Ranger Blak; his great grandchildren, Leo and Isla Smeder; and his brother Jim Blak. He is also survived by sister-in-law and cousins.
