She was predeceased by : her siblings, Edgar Howsmon and Muriel Rager; her brother-in-law John Dominic Canaday; and her nephews, Gary Rager, John Bartlett Canaday and Michael Canaday.
She is survived by : her husband James C. Bartlett; her sons, Russell Bartlett and David Bartlett; her grandchildren, Jordan Bartlett, Emily Bartlett and Kathryn Clark-Mendez (Julio Victor Mendez); her daughters-in-law, Mary Clark Bartlett and Susan Holloway; her sister-in-law Linda Claire Canaday; and her nephew Gregory Canaday.
In lieu of flowers, donations on Ruths' behalf are requested for her favorite charities.
