He was predeceased by: his grandson Chance Huerta. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hays; his daughters, Nanette Huerta and Rachel Morrison; his grandchildren, Desiree and Colton; and his great grandchild Allessandra. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, brothers.
