She is survived by: her husband Michael Spencer; her son Jeffrey; her granddaughter Rhyan; her brother Neil Parker; her daughter-in-law Lindsey; and her sister-in-law Annette Parker. She is also survived by her family and many friends.

Pat requested that in lieu of any flowers or such, a donation to St. Judes Children Hospital be made in her name.
