He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Melvin Palmer and Edith Josephine Poulson Palmer; his wife Karen Kaye Hancock; his daughter Valerie; and his brother Gaylen Palmer.
He is survived by: his children, Riley Sean Gorodsky, Nathan Davis Hutchins and Robin Palmer (Gary Lee Gammenthaler); and his siblings, Merrill Palmer, Bruce Palmer (Kaye) and Karen Johnson (Jim) of Arvada, CO. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (220 Elk St, Santa Cruz, CA 95065).
