A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Eternal Hills Mortuary (1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054).
He then served the National Science Foundation as a program officer of the International Directorate, traveling extensively in Asia to build US scientific relationships.
