She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Jonathan M. Rigdon and Alice Godsey Rigdon; her siblings, Tommy Rigdon and Edith Rigdon Ursino; her son-in-law Michael John Selbicky; her grandson Matthew Vincent Selbicky; and her former husband Robert John Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Anne Bell Platt (Mark) of Pacific Grove, Patricia Alice Bell Selbicky of Pacific Grove, Paula Theresa Bell Ramirez (Antonio) of Rancho Murieta and Lawrence James Bell (Pamela) of Salinas; and her siblings, Margaret Rigdon of Rivera and Jonathan Rigdon. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
