He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett E. O'Neal and Kathryn E. O'Neal (Smallwood); and his brothers, Terry and Gary. He is survived by: his former wife Ilona J. Fecske of Tucson, AZ; his children, Dawn O'Neal Reindl (Donald) of Ljubljana and Scott Michael O'Neal of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Erika of Marinette, WI, Klara of Ljubljana and Kristina of Ljubljana; and his great grandchild Madeline of Marinette.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor to the California Cancer Registry would be welcome.
