In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dexter Bradford; her parents, Frank Lowe and Eula Lowe; and her siblings, Gladys Sandifer and Kenneth Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Lott and Matthew Lowe (Yukiko); her stepson Randell Bradford (Susan); her grandchildren, Daniel Rabatich, Samantha Lowe and Abigal Lowe; and her sister Donna Berg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620).
